How is JRB managed?

To ensure proper oversight over management, the bank has put in place a seven member Board, with three subcommittee that meet regularly to review and discuss the operations of the bank. The management team comprises of the General Manager and Heads of the Operations, IT, Credit, internal Audit, Risk and Compliance and Micro Finance departments.

When was the JRB established?

Jomoro Rural Bank Ltd was established on 13th November, 1981 after it had been authorized by the Bank of Ghana to carry on the business of banking under the then banking Act, 1970 (Act 339). Since its incorporation in 1981, the bank has made a lot of impact on the lives of people in its operational areas and beyond.
